5th Week of February (24-28)

 

The oft-heard phrase “You are what you eat” has a scientific basis. Eating nutritious food helps provide the raw material our bodies require to repair damaged cells or create new ones. So, I know it’s hard, but let’s keep junk food consumption to a minimum.
